These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AIVerse, including the mobile app and this website. By using AIVerse, you agree to these terms.

What AIVerse Does

AIVerse is a directory and discovery tool for AI character profiles. It helps users browse categories, save favorites, and open supported chat links in Instagram. AIVerse does not provide a built-in chat service and does not replace Instagram.

• Browse AI characters created by the developer and third-party creators.
• View AI profile names, descriptions, categories, creator names, and related metadata.
• Open quick links to Instagram direct message experiences with AI characters.
• Organize and save favorite AI characters on your device.

Instagram Requirement

Instagram must be installed on your device to open AI chats from the app. If Instagram is not installed, AIVerse may direct you to the app store listing for Instagram.

• You need an active Instagram account to chat with AI characters.
• All conversations happen within Instagram, not through AIVerse.
• AIVerse only provides navigation and links to Instagram.
• You must follow Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Account suspensions, message delivery, and Instagram availability are Instagram's responsibility.

Independent App

AIVerse is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram or Meta. Instagram and Meta names, trademarks, and services belong to their respective owners.

AI Creator Ownership And Responsibility

Most AI characters may be created and maintained by the AIVerse developer. Some AI characters may be created or maintained by third-party creators. Creator names or handles may be shown in the app when available.

• Developers and creator partners retain their respective intellectual property rights.
• The developer is responsible for developer-created profiles surfaced by the app.
• Third-party creators are responsible for their own AI characters and Instagram profiles.
• Report inappropriate developer-created AI listings to indianappandgamedeveloper@gmail.com.
• Report inappropriate Instagram behavior to Instagram directly when it happens on Instagram.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use AIVerse to violate any law or third-party terms.
• Do not attempt to bypass Instagram or Meta rules.
• Do not scrape, copy, or misuse profile information surfaced by the app.
• Do not interfere with the app, website, or hosting infrastructure.
• Do not harass, abuse, threaten, spam, or disrupt AI characters, creators, or other users.
• Do not create fake accounts, impersonate others, or share private information without consent.
• Do not reverse engineer, damage, copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
• Do not use the app to build competing services or for unauthorized commercial purposes.

AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated responses happen through third-party Instagram experiences and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or harmful. AIVerse provides discovery and navigation for entertainment and conversational use only.

• Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions.
• AI characters do not provide professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, or safety advice.
• For serious issues, consult qualified professionals.
• For mental health emergencies or life-critical situations, contact appropriate emergency or professional support.

Third-Party Links

AIVerse may link to Instagram, app stores, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or actions.

Google Play Store Compliance

AIVerse is intended to comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies, Google Play content policies, and applicable laws and regulations.

• Illegal content or activity is not allowed.
• Hate speech, discrimination, fraud, deception, scams, or unauthorized data collection are not allowed.
• Sexual or exploitative content involving minors is not allowed.
• Violence, threats, or instructions for harm are not allowed.

Reporting And Enforcement

You can report technical issues, safety concerns, inappropriate developer-created listings, or policy violations by email. You can also report Google Play issues through Google Play and Instagram issues through Instagram.

• We aim to respond to support and abuse reports within 48 hours.
• Violations may result in suspension or permanent loss of access to developer services.
• Serious violations may be reported to authorities when necessary.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to developer services if you violate these Terms, violate Google Play or Instagram policies, engage in abusive or illegal behavior, or use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.

No Warranty

AIVerse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every link will work, that third-party services will be available, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVerse and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website.

This includes issues caused by inaccurate AI responses, technical failures, Instagram changes or outages, data loss, Google services, Firebase services, or other third-party services.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of AIVerse after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding AIVerse.

Severability And No Waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. Failure to enforce any term does not waive the right to enforce that term later.
